About This Job: The accountabilities are as follows: • As one member of HR team, provide on-site support to two Beijing offices and outside of BJ employees as assigned in different legal entities, to ensure HR service can meet a good customer satisfaction. • Perform HR day-to-day operations working scope, including but not limited to: - On-boarding and off-boarding process; - Probation evaluation support; - Contract renew support; - Employee permit/certificate/license application support if needed. - Employee p-file Management; - Employee enquires answering & supports including, letter stamping and dispatching to employees out of BJ seeds office. - Internal & external audit support - Local labor agency liaison to support some special positions recruitment; - Recruitment logistics coordination like candidates receiving, meeting room booking, documents collection etc. - Training on-site coordination supports if needed; • Liaison with respective local governments and respond the governments’ query or audit. • Liaison with and Manage Syngenta HR Service vendors for local implementation and monitor the vendor service quality. • Any other HR related tasks which requires to perform locally.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: • 3-5 years HR or admin related experiences in multi-national company. • Experience in working with remote stakeholders. • Good customer service sense and attitude. • Both process and result oriented. • Be an active team participant to lead change. • Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills, ready to solve the problem in the shoes of stakeholders. • Problem solving skills, take the initiative in solving a problem and able to solve problems with effective solutions. • Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude, self-motivated. • Strong sense of confidentiality and high level understanding and performing of business ethics; • Qualified English writing skills and pleasant speaking skills, able to put ideas and opinions in writing in a suitable and understandable manner. Experience in working with remote stakeholders.
